A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF FOUNTAIN
VALLEY PERTAINING TO THE LEASE OFA DY-NAMIC
HYDRA SEWER CLEANER AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Fountain Valley has a Dy-Namic
Hydra Sewer Cleaner which it desires to sell or lease; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of an additional
sewer cleaning machine; and
WHEREAS, Fountain Valley has agreed to lease said sewer
cleaner to Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the respective
cities to enter into a Lease Agreement; and
WHEREAS, a Lease Agreement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a Lease agree-
ment submitted herewith between the City of Anaheim and the City of
Fountain Valley pertaining to the lease of a Dy-Namic Hydra Sewer
Cleaner be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
agreement for arAon behalf of the City of Anaheim.
