A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A FOURTH AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH NORTH
ORANGE COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT
PROVIDING FOR AMENDMENT OF THE TERM THEREOF
AND FOR ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and North Orange
County Community College District entered into an Agreement
to make available training and work experience in housing
repair and maintenance to residents of the City and of the
District; and
WHEREAS, it is the mutual desire of the parties
to amend said Agreement to provide for changing the term
thereof to July 1, 1975, through September 30, 1976, and to
provide for additional compensation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of a Fourth Amendment to Agreement between the
City of Anaheim and the North Orange County Community
College District, dated March 25, 1975, as amended, providing
for amendment of the term.thereof to July 1, 1975 through
September 30, 1976, be, and the same is, hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said Fourth
Amendment to Agreement for and on behalf of the City of
Anaheim.
