A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COL7TCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY
CLERK TO EIXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR THE EMPLOY -
DENT OF OLY11PIC PRODUCTIONS AS A TECHNICAL
PRODUCER.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to secure the ser-
vices of a Technical Producer having, as primary duty, the design
and construction of sets, costumes and properties for two theatres
for children productions; and
WHEREAS, Olympic Productions, a theatrical production
company, is qualified to perform the services of Technical Producer
and desires to be employed for such purpose; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms and
conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of said agreement,
submitted herewith and dated the 25th day of May, 1976, employing
Olympic Productions to perform the services of Technical Producer
be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said agree-
ment for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved proved and sicmed by
this 29th day of June 1976.
