A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
L NE- NDM
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING FIRST Al IENT TO
TERMS
AND CONDITIONS OF AN AGREE14ENT BETWEEN THE
ANAHEIM BICENTENNIAL CO-ITIMITTEE, A DIVISION OF
THE ANAHEIM CHAMBER OF COITMERCE,, AND THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGRE=INT.
WHEREAS, an agreement was entered into by and between
the City of Anaheim and the Anaheim Bicentennial Committee, a
division of the Anaheim Chamber of Commerce, on the 12th day
of August, 1975; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend said agreement
with the Anaheim Bicentennial Committee to reflect the extension
of such agreement to the 331st day of December, 1976; and
WHEREAS, an amended agreement has this day been submit-
ted, the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory to the
City of Ana-heim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of -Anaheim that the First Amendment to Agreement
between the City of Anaheim and the Anaheim. Bicentennial Commit-
tee, a division of the Chamber of Coirmierce, this day submitted be,
and the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER 'RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are herebv authorized to execute said Amendment to Agreement for
and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
