A RESOLUTION OF TITEIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TER.1211S AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH P01,!EROYf JOHINISTON AND
BAILEY, INC., IN CONNECTION WITH CHEMICAL
WATER -QUALITY &\TALYSES AND AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE IVIAYOR AMID CITY CLERK TO EXE-
CUTE SAID AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires certain professional
services of Pomeroy, Johnston and Bailey, Inc., located at 1660 South
Fair Oaks Avenue, Pasadena, California 911051, 'for the testing and
analyses of certain water samples and solids; and
.WHEREAS, Pomeroy, Johnston and Bailey, Inc. is a qualified
chemical water -quality laSoratory, meeting requirements for certi-
fication by Che California Department of Public Health, whose work
is supervised by graduate professional chemists and/or engineers,
and which is well equipped and Capable of rendering said service to
the City of Anaheim; and
141HEREAS , an agreement has been prepared whereby Pomeroy,
Johnston and Bailey, Inc., will provide such testing and analyses;
and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement are
acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said agreement are hereby approved- and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said agree-
ment on behalf of lhe City of Anaheim.
