A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUTICIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE DMYOR AND THE
CITY CLERK TO =-CUTE AN ADMENDPENT To LEASE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN TIHIE CITY OF MAH EIM PIND
C & K SKATEPARKS, INC.
WHEREAS, on or about June 1, 1976, the City of Anaheim
and -C,,& K Skateparks, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as Tenant)
entered into that certain Lease Agreement with respect to certain
real property in the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS-, the leased Premises are a portion of a larger
parcel of real property owned by City and held for eventual devel-
opment -as a public park; and
WHEREAS, the parties recognize that the most desirable
and efficient use of the entire parcel owned by City of Anaheim
can be achieved only if the configuration of the various recrea-
tional areas to be included therein is modified from that hereto-
fore contemplated by the parties; and
WHEREAS, in order to accomplish such modified configura-
tion, it will be necessary for the City of Anaheim and Tenant to
change the boundaries, though not the size, of the premises leased
by the City of Anaheim to Tenant at such time as Tenant is prepared
to construct the second phase of its skateboard park.
I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an Amendment
to Lease Agreement to change the boundaries of the Premises leased
by the City of Anaheim to C & K Skateparks, Inc. be, and the same
are hereby,approved. .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said Amend-
ment to Lease Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
