A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING A PRECISE ALIGNMENT
OF MIRALOMA AVENUE EAST OF FEE ANA STREET,
WEST OF LAKEVIEW AVENUE IN THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM IN ACCORDANCE WITH EXHIBIT "All
ATTACHED HERETO.
WHEREAS, it has heretofore been agreed between
the Engineering Division of the Public Works Department
and the owners of all adjacent property as to the proper
alignment of Miraloma Avenue, East of Fee Ana Street,
West of Lakeview Avenue, in the City of Anaheim as shown
on Exhibit "A" on file in the City Engineering office; and
WHEREAS, it has heretofore been agreed between
the City of Placentia and the owners of all property
adjacent thereto as to the proper alignment of Miraloma
Avenue, East of Fee Ana Street, West of Lakeview Avenue in
said City as shown on Exhibit "A" on file in the City
Engineering office; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City
of Anaheim that said alignment of Miraloma Avenue, East of
Fee Ana, West of Lakeview Avenue, be approved and adopted
by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City
Council that it approve and adopt the precise alignment
of Miraloma Avenue, East of Fee Ana Street, West of Lakeview
Avenue, in the City of Anaheim in accordance with Exhibit
"All on file in the office of the City Engineer in the
City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 15th day of June,,1976.
