1976-324RESOLUTION NO. 76R-324
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
ESTABLISHING RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR DEPARTMENT HEADS,
DIVISION HEADS AND STAFF POSITIONS DESIGNATED AS MANAGE-
MENT AND SUPERSEDING RESOLUTIONS NO. 74R-521, 74R-522
AND 74R-555 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO.
WHEREAS, the Assistant City Manager has met with each department
head to evaluate the performance of those employees designated as Management,
and has evaluated the performance of each Department Head, and has deter-
mined a need for establishing new rates of compensation for certain job
classes, and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to supersede
Resolutions No. 74R-521, 74R-522 and 74R-555 and amendments thereto, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
establishing hew rates of compensation for these job classes is in the
best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim as follows:
SECTION 1.
That the basic compensation plan for all officers and employees
of the City of Anaheim who are now employed, or will in the future be
employed in any of the classifications listed below, shall be allocated
to salary schedules as follows:

SECTION 3.
The regular hourly rate of pay for employees working in job classes
listed in Sections 1 and 2 of this Resolution shall be computed as provided
in Personnel Rule 5, Hours of Work and Pay Day.
SECTION 4.
The provisions of this Resolution shall supersede Resolutions No.
74R-521, 74R-522 and 74R-555, and amendments thereto.
SECTION 5.
The effective date for salaries of job classes listed in Section 1
of this Resolution shall be November 28, 1975.
SECTION 6.
The effective date for salaries of job classes listed in Section 2
of this Resolution shall be October 17, 1975.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
