A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 90R-113 NUNC PRO TUNC
~qEREAS, on April 17, 1990, the City Ceuncil of the City of Anaheim
adopted Resolution No. 90R-113 and through inadvertence and error, the salary
schedule for the classification crP Police Reservist-Special and Police
Reservist-Special Retirement was omitted; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it is in the best interests of the
City of Anaheim to amend Resolutim No. 90R-112 nunc pro tunc, to reflect the
true intent of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED b~ the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that Resolutic~ No. 90R-113 be amended nunc pro tunc by adding Section
3 thereto to read as follows:
The basic compensation plan for mll officers and ~mployees of the City
of Anaheim who mre now employed, or will ~n t~ future ~ mploy~ in any of
%~ job classificati~s list~ ~l~, s~11 ~ all~at~ ~o salary sc~ul~ in
t~ ~lany ~ule ~ster eff~tive July 7, 1989 though July 5, 1990:
Police Reservist - Special 1482 -E
Police Reservist - Special Retirement 1482 -E
The basic compensatic~q plan for all officers and employees of the City
of Anaheim who are now employed, or will in the future be employed in any of
the Job classificatic~s listed below, shall be allocated to salary schedules in
the Salary Schedule Master effective July 6, 1990 through July 4, 1991:
Police Reservist - Special 1556 -E
Police Reservist - Special Retir~rent 1556 -E
Tb~ basic compensation plan for all officers and employeels of the City
of Anaheim who are now employed, or will in the future be employed in any of
t~ job classifications listed below, shall be allocated to salary schedules in
the ~lary Sch~Jule Master effective July 5, lggl through July 2, lgg2:
Police Reservist - Special 1618 -E
Police Reservist - Special Retirement 1618 -E"
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEO that, except to the extent amended herein,
Resolution No. 90R-113 shall r~in in full force and effect.
