A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING
PAYING AGENTS FOR $12,500,000 ELECTRIC
REVENUE BONDS SECOND ISSUE (SUBORDINATED)
OF 1976.
The City Council of the City of Anaheim,
California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER
as follows:
Section".1. In accordance with Section 6 of
City of Anaheim Resolution No. 76R-276; the following
banks are hereby appointed paying agents for the
$12,500,000 Electric Revenue Bonds Second Issue
(Subordinated) of 1976:
Los Angeles, California - Bank of America,
National Trust and Savings Association
San Francisco,°California. - Bank of America,
National Trust and Savings Association
Chicago, Illinois - Continental Illinois
National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago
New York, New York - Citibank, N.A.
