RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA
RE OFFICIAL STATEMENT
The City Council of the City of Anaheim, California,
DOES.HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1. The City Council is informed and believes
that the Official Statement used in connection with the sale of
$12,500,000 Electric Revenue Bonds, Second Issue (Subordinated)
of 1976, heretofore approved by the Council on May 25, 1976, does
not contain any untrue statement of a material fact nor emits to
state a material fact necessary to make the statements contained
therein, in light of the circumstances under which they were made,
not misleading.
Section 2. The form of "Certificate Re Official
Statement" attached hereto is hereby+ approved.
Section 3. The mayor, City Manager and Utilities
Director of the City are hereby authorized and directed to execute
said Certificate for and on behalf of the City.

hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution No. 76R-305 was intro-

IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED with respect to the $12,500,000
Electric Revenue Bonds, Second Issue (Subordinated)of 1976,
issued and delivered by the.City of Anaheim, California, on the
date hereof, that as of the date of the Official Statement of the
City pertaining to said Bonds and at all times subsequent thereto
up to and including the time of.the delivery of the Bonds to the
initial purchaser thereof said Official Statement did not contain
any untrue statement of a material fact nor omit to state a
material fact necessary to make the statements contained therein,
in light of the circumstances under which they were made, not
misleading.
