A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CONSENTING TO THE TRANSFER -FROM
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM TO THE CITY OF FULLERTON
OF CERTAIN TERRITORY CONTIGUOUS TO THE CITY
OF FULLERTON UPON CONSENT OF ALL THE PROPERTY
OWNERS.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Government
Code Sections 35300 et seq., the City of Anaheim may consent to
the transfer of certain territory contiguous to the City of
Fullerton upon receipt of consent of all the property owners in
said territory; and
WHEREAS, consent of all the property owners of the
affected territoryhereinafter described has been received; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fullerton.has requested the pro-
perty to be detached from the City of Anaheim and annexed to the
City of Fullerton; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim to consent to said transfer of territory.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it does hereby consent, based upon the
written approval of all the property owners, of the transfer of
the following described property:
All that portion of the South half of the Southeast
quarter of Section 34, Township 3 South, Range 10 West,
San Bernardino Meridian, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon
de Santa Ana as shown on a map recorded in Book 51,
Page 7 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at a point in the common boundary of the City
of Fullerton and the City of Anaheim, as same existed
February 1, 1976, being the easterly terminus of that
certain course as described in the Acacia Street Annex-
ation to the City of Anaheim as certified by the Secre-
tary of State on May 18, 1953, having a bearing of
westerly and a distance of 3910 feet, said point being
also in the North line of the South half of the South
half of said Section 34 distant thereon West 30.00 feet
from the Northeast comer of said South half of the South
half of Section 34, said North line being the Southerly
line of the Corporate Limits of the City of Fullerton
as filed by the Secretary of State on February 17, 1904;
thence, along said common boundary line South 890 44' 5011
West 940.17 feet more or less, to a point in said line
distant North 89° 44' 50IEast 315.64 feet from the east-
erly line of the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway
Company right of way as same is described in a document
recorded in Book 327 at Page 223 of deeds, Records of
Los Angeles County, said point being the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence, leaving aforementioned common boundary

of the City of Fullerton and the City of Anaheim along
the are of a curve tangent to said common boundary,
concave southeasterly having a radius of 369.29 feet
and a central angle of 58° 121 0511 Southwesterly 375.13
feet to a point in said easterly line of the Atchison,
Topeka & Santa Fe Railway Company ri�ht of way; thence,
along said easterly line North 0 50 1011 Fest 174.71
feet to a point in aforementioned common boundary of the
City of Fullerton and the City of Anaheim and the North
line of the South half of the South half of Section 34
thence, along said line North 890 44' 5011 East 315.64
feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVE0 thattheCity Clerk be, and
she is hereby authorized to transmit a certified copy of this
resolution to the City of Fullerton.
