A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CONSENTING TO A JOINT PUBLIC HEAR-
ING ON THE PROPOSED FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE
REDEVELOP14ENT PLAN FOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
ALPHA AND AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHPVIENT OF A
DATE THEREFOR AND PUBLICATION AND MAILING OF
NOTICE OF JOINT PTT LIC HEARING.

WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency and the Anaheim
Community Redevelopment Commission by resolution have consented to
a joint public hearing on the Proposed First Amendment to the Rede-
velopment Plan for.Redevelopment Project Alpha and requested that
the City Council of the City of Anaheim consent to such joint pub-
lic hearing and authorize the City Clerk to establish a date there-
for; and
WHEREAS, the consent of both the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency and the City Council of the City of Anaheim is required by
the California Community Redevelopment Law (Health and Safety Code,
Section 33458) in order to conduct such Joint public hearing; and
WHEREAS, the CorunityRedevelopment Commission of the
City of Anaheim is charged with performing the duties imposed by
Section 33202 of the California Health and Safety Code.
NOWT THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the Citv of Anaheim as follows:
1. The City Council of the City of Anaheim hereby consents
to a joint public hearing on the Proposed First Amendment to the
Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project Alpha and hereby
authorizes the Clerk of the City of Anaheim to establish a datetherefor.
2. The Clerk shall, in cooperation with the Executive
Director of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, publish and mail
notice of joint public hearing on the proposed First Amendment
the Redevelopment Plan at the time, in the manner, and with the
other documents as required and established by law.
