A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 89R-366 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF CONPENSATION FOR
CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS PROFESSIONAL
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has resomm~ded in a staff
report dated August 7, 1990, that the classificattc~as of Benefits Analyst I and
Benefits Analyst II be created; and that a "U" upgrade designation be added to
the ciassiflcation of Revenue Protection Coordinator, effective August 3, 1990;
and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No.
89R-366 which estabgish~d rates of compensmtion for classifications designated
as Professional; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
arcred, enriched arr~drr~ts are in the b~t Interest of the City of Anaheim.
NO~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
That, Sectfor 2 of Resolution No. 8gR-366 be amended by adding the
foll~ing classificatims and/or adding a "U" d~ignati~ to t~ salaPy range:
Benefits Analyst I X CR06
Benefits Analyst II X CR10
Revenue Proteotion Coordinator XU OR06
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amend~nts to
Resolution No. 89R-366 is August 3, lgg0.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein, Resolution
No. 89R-366 shall re~nain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
