017 ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND GONDLLS
0"' A FIRST ADDENDU" TO AGREEMENT TO LEASE
CERTAIN CITY -OWNED PROPERTY.
(Churchill ProDerties, Ltd.)
1,JTHEREAS the Cil -v of Anaheim. has previously
leased certain property to Churchill ProDelrties, Ltd; and
Tr -!HE REAS, it is desired to e, -,tend said lease for
an additional year; and
WHEREAS, an addendum to the agreement to lease
said property has been prepared, which addendum extends
said agreement for an additional year; and
W , HEREAS, the terms and conditions of said
addendum are acceptable to.the City Council of the City
of Anaheim.
"Tow, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms
and conditions of said First Addendum. to Agreement be, and
they are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby,.authorized. and directed to
execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
