A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT DATED
JUNE 17, 1975, WITH TRES COMPUTER SYSTEMS, INC.,
PROVIDING FOR AN INCREASE IN THE MAXIMUM FEE
FOR SERVICES IN SAID AGREEMENT, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS., on June 17, 1975, the City of Anaheim
and Tres Computer Systems, Inc., entered into an Agreement
providing, among other things, that Tres Computer Systems,
Inc., be employed for services involving utility customer
information system design and development; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of said parties to
amend said Agreement to increase the maximum fee for said
services; and
WHEREAS, an amendment to said Agreement of
June 17, 1975, has been prepared, the terms and conditions
of which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that an Amendment to Agreement with
Tres Computer Systems, Inc., providing for an increase in
the maximum fee for services be, and the same is hereby,
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said Amendment to Agree-
ment on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
