AnaheimL did receive a requesi_- for a Conditional Use Perouit from
john and Deanne Azizian, owners; Bill McIntosh, agentr to permit
a modeling studio limited to persons eighteen (18) vears of age
or older on the following described Property;

feet of the East 390.82 feet of that portion of
Section 18, in Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in
the Rancho Los Coyotes, City of Anaheimr as said
section is shown on a map thereof recorded in book
51, page 10 of mliscellaneous Maps, records of said
Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning at a Point on the East line of said
Section 18, North 30.00 chains froLn -tee Southeast
corner of said Section; -thence West- 8.77 chains;
thence North 11.41 chains; thence East 30.77 chains;
thence South 11.41 chains to the point of beginning.

lines, telephone, gas and electric lines over a
strip of land 40 .:deet wide, over the center line
of said 40 foot strip is described as follows:
Co-ILmencing at a point in the center line of Broad-
way (said Broadway being 40 feet in width) 390.82
feet West, measured along te center line of Broad-
way, from its intersection with the center line of
Brookhursi.: Avenue; and running thence South 593
feet to a point designated "X".

There shall be included with and as a part of said
roadway that land within a circle having a radius
of 35 feet and with the center of said circle at
said point "X"

public hearing at t -he City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said
request on April 12, 1976, notices of which said public hearing
were duly given as required by law and, the provisions of Title
Municipal Code; and
18, Chapter 18.76 of the Anaheim .
WTIM-'REAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investi-
gation and studies made by itself and in its behalf and after due

consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing,
did adopt its Resolution 'No. PC716-69 denying Conditional Use
Permit 'No. 1607; and

WHEREAS, thereafter, L twenty-t
the date of the adoption of said resolution, a written appeal was
filed with the City Council protesting the action of the City Plan-
ning Comtaission in denying said Conditional Use Pormi-IL: and said
appeal was set for public hearing on 11ay 25, 1971, at the City
Hall, in the City of Tuiaheim, and notices of such public hearing
were duly given as required by law and the provisions of Title 13f
Chapter 18.76 of the Anaheim k�junicipal Code-; and
WHEREAS, 'at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the -City -Council did duly hold and conduct such hearing
and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be
heard and did receive evidence and reports; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find, after careful con-
sideration of the recommendations of the City Planning tornaission
and all evidence and reports offered at'
said hearing, that Condi-
tional Use Permit No. 1607 should be denied

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL'�rED by the City Council of the
Citv of Anaheim that the action of the City Planning CortuAssion
denying Conditional Use Permit No. 1607 be, and the same is hereby
sustained, and that -the request of John and -Deanne Azizian, owners;
and Bill McIntosh,, anent, to permit a modeling studio limited to
Persons eighteen (18j vears of age or older on the hereinabove de -
