MENT !MFORMATION SYSTEM AND AUTHORIZING THE
NAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREE-
MENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITg OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has made a presentation
to the Orange County Manpower Commission with respect to the
operation of the Orange County Manpower Commission's Manpower
1ana gement Information System, a computer-based systen for track-
ing an& reporting on all persons served by the Orange County Han -
power Commission's CETA Program to be developed by Creative
Systems, Inc. and Orange County Manpower Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Orange County Manpower Commission wishes
to engage and contract for the services of the City to operate
the Manpower Management Information System as developed and pro-
vided by Creative Systems, Inc. and Orange County 1.1an-power Co-immis-
Sion; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been submiate d,to the City,
the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City.
NOW, !ZEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an agree-
ment between the City of Anaheim and the Orange County Han ower
Commission pertaining to the operation of a Manpower Management
Information System be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the ayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the
City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and
