RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
THE OFFICIAL STATEMENT TO BE USED IN
CONNECTION WITH THE ELECTRIC REVENUE
BONDS, SECOND ISSUE (SUBORDINATED) OF
1976
. The City Council of the City of Anaheim,.
California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as
follows:
Section 1. The Official Statement to be used in
connection with the issuance and sale of the Electric Revenue
Bonds, Second issue (Subordinated) of 1976 (the "Bonds"), in
substantially the form presented on this date and attached
hereto as Exhibit "A", is hereby approved and authorized for
distribution to the prospective purchasers of the Bonds. The
documents referred to herein are on file in the office of
the City Clerk.
