A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 74R-520
AND ESTABLISHING A NEW JOB CLASSIFICATION
WHEREAS, the Personnel Director has recommended in a staff
report dated May 14, 1976 that a new classification of Systems
Representative be created, and
WHEREAS, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 74R-520
which establishes rates of pay for unrepresented job.classes, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find
that the creation of this classification is in the best interests of
the City of Anaheim,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that a new classification of Systems Representative
be created and allocated to salary schedule X727 ($1,036.53 - $.1,260.13)
effective May 25,. 1976, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except" to the extent amended,
Resolution No. 74R-52.0 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
25th day of May 1976.
