A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN ENCROACHMENT PERMIT AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE, SAID ENCROACH-
MENT PERMIT WITH CLARENCE AND RHEA L. MEDDOCK,
HUSBAND AND WIFE. (75-3E).
WHEREAS., Clarence and Rhea L. Meddock,. husband
and wife, hereinafter referred to as Licensees, are the
owners of property in the City of Anaheim over which the
City owns a dedicated right of way; and
WHEREAS, Zicensees wish to encroach upon a
portion of said easement for proposed parking and landscap-
ing on,the south side of Katella Way, east of Haster Street;
and
WHEREAS,, unless Licensees are allowed to encroach
upon the easement �t of the City, an extreme and undue hard-
ship will be caused to them; and
WHEREAS, the proposed encroachment for such
installation across a portion of City-ts right of way will
not interfere with the present use of the easement by the
City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a
license agreement between the City of Anaheim and Clarence
and Rhea L. Meddock be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City.
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said
license agreementforand on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
