OF AN AGREEIRA NT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES.

WHERE - AS, the City of Anaheim desires to install or
caused to be installed certain storlm drain facilities; and
W11EPEAS, A. R. 7U,1cDaniell, dha �-AcDaniel Engineering, is
able to provide engineering services needed in connection with
said improvement; and
WHEREAS, an agreement for said services has been -Pre-
pared, the teres and conditions of which are acceptable to the
City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREPOP , BE IT REE CI that the City CoiLncil of
the City of Anaheim does hereby accept and agree to the terms z�_nd
conditions of that certain agreemient- with A. R. 111cDaniel, dba
McDaniel Enaineering.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
agreement on behalf of .t=he City of Anaheii-..
