A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
TUE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING T.1,
OF AIN! AGREEMENT FOR LEGAL SERVICES.
(Oliver, Stoever and Laskin)
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of legal services
in the condemnation of real property; and
WHEREAS, an agreement with the firm of Oliver, Stoever
and Laskin has been prepared whereby said firm will perform such
services as the City may require; and
WHEREAS, the terms of said agreement are satisfactory to
the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby accept the term and conditions
of said agreement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said agree-
ment on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this lith day of May 1976.
