A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A GRANT DEED OF VEHICULAR
ACCESS RIGHTS ON LOTS 144 and 145 OF TRACT
2779 ON EUCLID STREET TO TODD DEVELOPMENT
COMPANY AND J. A. STEWART DEVELOPMENT CO.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has acquired all vehicu-
lar access rights to and from Euclid Street over the easterly
lines of Lots 144 and 145 of Tract 2779; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously expressed a
desire to permit two access points on Euclid Street to serve
these lots,; and
WHEREAS, a grant deed has been prepared which does
grant two vehicular access points on Euclid Street on Lots 144
and 145 of Tract 2779; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim to execute said grant deed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and.
City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute a
grant deed conveying two vehicular access rights on Euclid
Street on Lots 144 and 145 of Tract 2779 to Todd Development
Company, a corporation, and J. A. Stewart Development Co., a
limited partnership.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
