RESOLUTION NO. 768-243
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE EXTENSION OF AN
EQUIPMENT LEASE AGREEMENT AND ADDENDUM THERE-
TO, AND AN EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
WITH CAMBRIDGE MEMORIES, INC., FOR A COMPUTER
ELECTRONIC MEMORY.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has obtained a computer
electronic memory on a one year lease basis and provided for
the maintenance thereof; and
WR REA&, Cambridge Memories, Inc. has submitted an
extension proposal and maintenance agreement; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said extension of
Lease Agreement and Addendum thereto and Maintenance Agreement
are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that that certain extension of Equipment
Lease Agreement and Addendum thereto and Equipment Maintenance
Agreement this day submitted by Cambridge Memories, Inc., be,
and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said extension
of Equipment Lease Agreement and Addendum thereto and Equipment
Maintenance Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
