1976-246RESOLUTIMINJ NO. 76R-246 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMNICIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM GPANTING VARIAOTCE ND. 2793. WHEREAS, after a request for variance by the City of Anaheim was received, a public hearing before the Planning Comamis- sion of the City of Anaheim was held upon due and proper notice, a result of which Variance No. 2793 was granted covering the fol- lowing described property: Lot Nos. 16 and 17 of Tract No. 3343r in -Lie City 0� - Anaheim, as shown in Book 102, Pages 47 and 48, blis- cellaneous Maps, Records of orange County. 1ZHIEREAS, thereafter, within the time prescribed by law, an interested party or the City Council or, its own m�otion caused the review of said Planning Commission action at a Public hearing I noticed and held as Drescribed by law and, as a result- thereof, Che Cit v Council does herebv imake the following findings: 1. That there are s-ecial circimistances a-_)-r-licable to &-e property including size, shape, topography, location or surround-�- ings, which do not apply to other propertV under identical zoning classification in the vicinity. 2. That, because of special circumastances shown in (10 above, strict aDD-1-ication of the zoning code deprives the pro :sere t -y of privileges enjoyed by other property under identical zoning 4.4 classification in the Vcinitv.
