1976-232RESOLUTION NO. 76R- 232 A RESOLUTION OF T11EE CITY COUNCIL OF TFX CITY OF -ANAHEIM DETER114INING 1111E, NECESSITY FOR AND DIRECTING THEE ACQUISITION BY EMINENT DOMAIN OF REAL PROPERTY FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES FOR LINCOLN AVENUE. (Allec) WHEREAS, the public convenience and necessity require the acquisition of certain real property located within the City of Anaheim. for road and public utility purposes; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find and determine that the public interest and necessity re- quire the acquisition of all that real property herein described by the City of Anaheim for road and public utility purposes. . NOW,, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the public interest and necessity re- quire the acquisition of the following described real property, to wit: An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and across that portion of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 12, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as said Section is shown on a map recorded in Book 51, page 10, Miscel- laneous Maps, records of Orange County, Cade- scribed as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the west line of said Section 12 with the centerline of Lincoln Avenuefor- merly Anaheim -Olive Road, as described in the deed to the County of orange, recorded May 17, 1915 in Book 275, page 85 of Deeds,, records of said Orange County; thence running S 78' 52' 30" E along the centerline of saiK Lincoln 2ivenue 102.50 feet to the true point of beginnin�; thence S 00 24' 15" W, 50.83 feet; thence S 780 52 30" El 100.00 feet;lthence N 0' 24' 1517 E, 50.88 feet to the intersection with the centerline of said Lincoln Avenue; thence N 78' 521 30t" W, 100.00 feet along said centerline of the true point of begin- ning. Excepting therefrom the northerly 30.00 feet measured from. the centerline of Lincoln Avenue. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find, and it does hereby find and deter- mine that thelublic interest and nt necessity require the acqui- sitioof said property by the City of Anaheim for the afore- said purposes; and that the taking of the property hereinabove described is necessary therefor, and that the uses to which it is to be put are uses authorized by law, and the taking of said property is necessary to such uses.
