WHEREAS, it is he Policy of the City Council of the City of Anaheim to provide for the collection of fees to be estab- lished by resolution; and WHEREAS, the City Council has, by mesne, resolutions establishing various fees in the Public Works Department; and WHEREAS, it is the Desire of the City Council to u -- date, revamp, and to place in one resolution all the various fees charged by the Public Works Department. NOW, TH.FFFFO PI , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that fees to be charged and collected by the Public Works Department shall be as follows: 1. FILING FEES a. Tentative Tract Map $250.00 + 81.00/lot b. Final Tract Map $ 25.00 C. Tentative Parcel Map $120.00 d. Record of Survey $ 10.00 e. Reversion to Acreage $ 50.00 2. SERVICE FEES a. Checking Fee $ 12.00/hr b. Inspection Fee $ 12.00/hr C. Checking and Inspection Deposi-'L: (refundable less fee) (1) Tracts $ 45.00/lot (2) Parcel Maps $ 60.00/map. (3) Special Projects $ 1.00/F.F. (4) Flatland Grading Plan $100.00/Plan (5) Hillside Grading Plan 0-1000 CY $135.00/Plan 1001-100,000 CY $300.00/Plan Over 100..000 Cy $500.00/Plan Plus $25.00 each additional 10,000 CY or fraction thereof 3. PEMAIT FEES a. Right of Way Construction $ 15.04/each b. Grading (Flatland or Hillside) $ 15.00/each C. Excavation Deposit (Refundable less Permit Fee) (1) Gut Asphalt $ 1.5C/ .F. Transportation (1) Annual $ 50.00/each (2) Trip $ 10.010/each BE IT FURTHER REMOLVED that this resolution shall supersede and rescind all other resolutions whensoever gassed and approves' by the City Council concerning the collection of fees in the Public Works Department of the City of Anaheim.
