A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF
1 I14, AUTHORIZING THE KAYO R AND THE CITY ANAHE
CLERK TO EJECUTLE ANAGREEMENT FOR THE EMPLOY-
NENT OF CHARLES SCHULTE, AN INDIVIDUAL.
VUEREAS, the City desires to secure the services
of a producer having as his primary duty the audition, re-
hearsal, performances and coordination of a touring improvi-
sational theatre company; and
's.T_HEREPAS., Charles Schulte is capable of rendering
such services and desires to be employed for such purpose.
NOW, NHERREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the Nkyor and the City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute the
agreement for the temporary employment of Charles Schulte as
producer according to the terms and conditions of that cer-
tain agreement dated the 20th day of April, 1976 submitted
herewith and hereby approved.
