A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM' AUTHORIZING THE Dr-iYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE I'a AGREED'1ENT WITH Z�LLEN ANJD MILLER
TO PERFORM ARCHITEC'UPA-L SERVICES FOR THE DESIGN
OF PARK BUILDINGS IN SCHWEITZER, RIO VISTA A11D
JUAREZ PARKS.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to obtain architec-
tural services for the design of park buildings in Schweitzer, Rio
Vista and Juarez Parks; and
WHEREAS, Allen and kliller, architects,- are qualified to
render such archi-tectutal.services to the City and desire to be
emnloved for such purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to secure the services of
Allen and Miller to design the plans and specifications for the
buildings to be constructed at the aforedescribed City parks; and
VEEREAS, Allen and 14filler have submitted a proposal to
render said architectural services by letter dated November 24,
1975, and signed by Ralph G. Allen.
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best
interest of the City of Anaheim to execute an agreement this day
submitted.
NOW THEREFORE -t BE IT RESOLX-TED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheirn that that certain agreement this day sWbmitted
be, and the same is hereby, approved by and between the City of
Anaheim and Allen and Miller according to the terms and conditions
thereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that 4 --he Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby,, authorized to execute said agreement for and,
on behalf of the City.
