A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 74R-520 AND
MODIFYING A JOB CLASS TO BECOME AN UPGRADE
POSITION.
WHEREAS, the Personnel Director has recommended in a staff report
dated April 20, 1976 that the classification of Data Processing Scheduler
728 ($1,038.27 - $1,261.87) be changed to become an upgrade job class,
and
WHEREAS, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 74R-520 which
established salary schedules and rates of pay for full time classifications,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
modification of this job class is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council Of the City
of Anaheim does hereby amend Resolution No. 74R-520 by modifying the
classification of Data Processing Scheduler ef f e-ctive,-April 16, 1976 as follows'

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended,
Resolution No. 74R-520 shall remain in full force and effect.
