A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 74R-521 AND.MODI-
FYING THE SALARY SCHEDULE FOR THE CLASSIFICATION
OF COMPUTER OPERATIONS MANAGER.
WHEREAS, the Personnel Director has recommended in a staff report
dated April 27, 1976 that the salary schedule for Computer Operations
Manager be adjusted upward from X1044 ($1,488.93 - $1,809.60) to X1113
($1,587.73 - $1,929.20) effective April 30, 1976, and
WHEREAS, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 74R-521 which
established rates of pay for Management Staff job classes, and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
the adjustment of this salary schedule is in the best interests of the
City of Anaheim,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that Resolution No. 74R-521 be amended as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended,
Resolution No. 74R-521 shall remain in full force and effect, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this
Resolution shall be April 30,,1976,
