A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AIR POLLUTION
EMERGENCY EPISODE PLAN AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID PLAN.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the requirements of the
Health and Safety Code of the State of California and
Regulation VII of the Southern California Air.Pollu-tion
Control District, an Air Pollution Emergency Episode Plan
has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, it is required by. the State Health and
.Safety Code and the regulations of the Air Pollution
Control District that such an Air Pollution Emergency
Episode Plan be adopted by the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said Air
Pollution Emergency Episode -Plan and determines it is in
the best interests of the City of Anaheim to adopt said
Plan; and
WHEREAS, three copies of said Plan have been
placed on file in the Office of the City Clerk of the,
City of Anaheim,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by:thee City Council
of the City of Anaheim that that certain Air Pollution
Emergency Episode Plan on file in the Office of the City
Clerk be, and the same is hereby, approved.
