A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE

PAYING AGENTS FOR $6,000,000 ELECTRIC
REVENUE BONDS, ISSUE OF 1976.
The City Council of the City of Anaheim,
California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,, DETERMINE AND ORDER
as follows:
Section 1. In accordance with Section 6 of
City of Anaheim Resolution No. 76R-149, the following
banks are hereby appointed paying agents for the.
$6,000,000 Electric Revenue Bonds, Issue of 1976:
Los Angeles, California Bank of America,
National Trust and Savings Association
San Francisco, California - Bank of America,
National Trust and Savings Association
Chicago, Illinois - Continental Illinois
National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago
New York, New York - Citibank, N.A.
