RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL.
OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM,
CALIFORNIA RE OFFICIAL STATEMENT
The City Council of the City of Anaheim,
California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as
follows:
Section 1. The City Council is informed and be-
lieves that the Official Statement used in connection with
the sale of $6,000,000 Electric Revenue Bonds, Issue of
1976, heretofore approved by the Council on April 15, 1976,
does not contain any untrue statement of a material fact
nor omits to state a material fact necessary to make the
statements contained therein, in light of the circumstances
under which they were made, not misleading.
Section 2. The form of "Certificate Re Official
Statement," attached hereto",is hereby approved.
Section 3. The Mayor, City Manager and Utilities
Director of the City are hereby authorized and directed to
execute said Certificate for and on behalf of the City.
Section 4. Unless otherwise directed by the
Council, said officers are hereby authorized and directed
to deliver said Certificate to the purchaser of said Bonds
at the time of delivery of the Bonds, on or about May 18, 1976.

and delivered by the City of Anaheim, California, on the
date hereof, that as of the date of the Official Statement
of the City pertaining to said Bonds and at all times sub-
sequent thereto up to and including the time of the delivery
of the Bonds to the initial purchaser thereof said official
Statement did not contain any untrue statement of a material
fact nor omit to state a material fact necessary to make the
statements contained therein, in light of the circumstances
