1976-204CITY OF ANAHE114 RESOLUTION NO. '76k-204 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA AWARDING $6,000,000 ELECTRIC REVENUE BONDS OF SAID CITY TO THE BEST BIDDER AND RE- JECTING ALL OTHER BIDS WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for the opening of bids for the $6,000,000 Bonds of the City of Anaheim designated the "Electric Revenue Bonds, Issue of 1976,° (the "Bonds"), and numbered 1 to 1200, inclusive, all bids were publicly opened, examined and read, and a tabulation thereof has been entered in the minutes; and , WHEREAS, the bid of the bidder hereinafter named is the best bid made by a responsible bidder for the Bonds; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Anaheim, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows: Section 1. The bid of Blyth EastmanDillon& Co. , attached hereto and marked "Exhibit 1", specifying the purchase price for the Bonds plus accrued interest to the date of delivery and the interest rates per annum, is the bid for the Bonds yielding the lowest net interest cost. Said bid is hereby accepted and the Bonds awarded to said best bidder in accordance with the terms of the bid. Section 2. All bids other than the one accepted in Section 1 hereof are rejected, and the City Clerk is directed to return the check accompanying each rejected bid to the unsuccessful bidder. Section 3. The interest rates on the Bonds are hereby fixed at the rates stated in the attached bid. Section 4. The City Treasurer is hereby directed to deliver the Bonds to the successful bidder upon payment therefor, including accrued interest to the date of delivery.-.
