A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE ANAHEIM -REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY.
11HEREAS., the City of Anaheim has, by separate
agreement with P B Q & D, Inc., agreed to 'Pay for
certain consulting services; and
WHEREAS., an agreement has been prepared whereby
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency will pay City for a
portion of the cost of said consulting services; and
WHEREASthe terms and conditions of said agree-
ment are acceptable to the City Council of the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms
and conditions of that certain agreement with the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency be, and they are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
