A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH P B Q 0C D, INC., IN
CONNECTION WITH A TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM STUDY
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
t%THEREAS, the City of Anaheim is desirous of
obtaining the services of a Consultant in connection with
a study to determine the feasibility of an Intracity
Transportation System to serve certain transportation
needs of Anaheim residents and visitors; and
WHEREAS 2the City has determined that such a
study should include requirements for an intracity trans-
portation system, development and evaluation of system
alternatives and an evaluation of a feeder -connector plan;
and
WHEREAS, P B Q & D, Inc., has submitted a proposal
to provide services to effectuate the said study; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has determined that
P B Q & D, Inc., has the necessary qualifications and
experience to provide such services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of
Anaheim and in the best interests of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of
that certain agreement between the City of Anaheim and
P B Q & D, Inc., in connection with a transportation system
study be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Cler'X are hereby authorized to execute said agreement on
behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
