A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM RESCINDING RESOLUTION
NO. 73R-4S FOR MODIFICATION, FURNISHING
AND INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC SIGNALS AT
INTERSECTION OF RASTER STREET AND KATELLA
AVENUE AND KATELLA WAY AND KATELLA AVENUE,
WORK ORDER NO. 669-B.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 73R-4S found and determined
the public convenience and necessity to proceed with certain
signalization, modification and construction at the intersec-
tion of Haster Street and Katella Avenue and Katella Way and
Katella Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City Council now finds that it is in the
best interests of the City of Anaheim not to proceed with the
work contemplated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it rescind and it does hereby rescind
Resolution No. 73R-45 for the public improvement at Haster Street
and Katella Avenue and Katella Way and Katella Avenue, Work Order
No. 669-B.
