A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM CHANGING THE NAME FOR BEECH STREET
TO BEECHWOOD STREET.
tmElU:AS, the Planning Comm~sliion of the C;i. ty of Anaheim
did reco~n4 to the City Council the following street ncwe change
within the City limits:
That that portion of Beech Street extending north/south
a total distance of approximate1y 610 feet between
Lincoln Avenue and Broadway, and being approximately
560 feet west of the centerline. of State College
Boulevard, be changed to BeechWOod Street.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interests of, the City of Anaheim, and particularly to those
persons having occasion to use said street, that the s~eet name
be changed as so recommended.
NOW, THE:REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the name of that po~tion of Beech Street
hereinabove described be changed to Beechwood Street, and that
henceforth and hereafter such street shall be ~ownand designated
upon all maps by the name to which it is hereby changed.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this l3th day of Pebruary, 1973.
