A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING PERMIT TO
L. R. AND DORIS HENDERSON TO MOVE A DWELLING
HOUSE FROM ll44 LOMBARD STREET, ANAHEIM,
CALIFORNIA, to 825 NORTH JANSS STREET, ANAHEIM,
CALIFORNIA .
WHEREAS, L. R. and Doris Henderson, having filed a
written application for a house moving permit to move a dwelling
house from ll44 Lombard Street, Anaheim, California, to 825
North Janss Street, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the l3th day of February, 1973, at the hour of l:30
o'clock P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons residing
within a radius of three hundred feet from the property upon
which it is proposed to move said dwelling house, building or
structure, at least ten days prior to the date fixed for said
hearing, as the names of such owners appeared upon the last
available tax assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for hear-
ing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held and
conducted and all persons interested therein given an opportunity
to be heard, and the City Council having duly considered said
application for a housemoving permit, together with all evidence
and reports submitted in connection therewith, does find that
said permit should be granted, subject to the following conditions.
1. That the existing structure shall be brought up
to the minimum standards of the City of Anaheim, including the
Uniform Building, Plumbing, Electrical, Housing, Mechanical and
Fire Codes as adopted by the City of Anaheim.
2. That the existing structure be modified as may be
required by the City Council.
3. That a bond in the amount and form satisfactory
to the City of Anaheim shall be posted with the City to guaran-
tee the completion of the above, said bond to be posted at the
time that the relocation permit is issued.
4. That the owners of subject property shall pay to
the City of Anaheim the appropriate park and recreation in-lieu
fees as determined to be appropriate by the City Council, said
fees to be paid at the time the building permit is issued.
5. That the owners of the subject property shall
deed to the City of Anaheim a strip of land ten feet in width
from the centerline of the alley for alley widening purposes, such
dedication to be complied with prior to final building inspec-
tions.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the application of L. R. and Doris
Henderson for a housemoving permit to move a dwelling house from

ll44 Lombard Street, Anaheim, California, to 825 North Janss
Street, Anaheim, California, be, and the same is hereby, granted
subject to the conditions hereinabove set forth, and subject
further to compliance with all of the provisions of Title lS,
Chapter l5.32 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to the
moving of buildings from a point within the City of Anaheim onto
a lot within the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 13th day of February, 1973.
