90-269 RESOLUTION NO. 90R-269
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING GRANT OF AN
EASEMENT FOR SEWER LINE PURPOSES ACROSS
CITY PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner of the Fairmont
Electrical Substation; and
WHEREAS, an abutting owner desires to extend a sewer line
across said Substation to Fairmont Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is willing to grant an
easement across said property upon receipt of payment therefor in
the amount of $1,100.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the
City Clerk of the City of Anaheim be, and they are hereby,
authorized to execute an easement deed for sewer purposes across
the Fairmont Electrical Substation upon the receipt of $1,100.00
in payment therefor.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 24th day of July, 1990.
