90-261 RESOLUTION NO. 90R-261
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT NO. 2?62
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore by the adoption
of Resolution No. 86R-121 approve Conditional Use Permit No. 2?62;
and
WHBREAS, the present owner or tenant of the property
desires to terminate said Conditional Use Permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Conditional Use
Permit No. 2?62 be terminated and Resolution No. 86R-121 rescinded.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this i7th day of July, 1990.
