A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DEDICATING CERTAIN CITY -OWNED
PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM FOR PUBLIC
PURPOSES. (Crescent Avenue and Valley Street)
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has heretofore
acquired certain real property within the corporate limits
of the City of Anaheim for public purposes; and
LrJIiEREAS, said property is located at the northwest
corner of Crescent Avenue and Valley Street; and
WHEREAS, it is indicated and anticipated that the
City of Anaheim will dedicate a certain portion of City -
owned property for public purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be
in the best interests of the City of Anaheim to dedicate a
portion of its City -owned property for public purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it dedicate, and it does hereby
dedicate, as a road and public utility easement, the follow-
ing described land situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, more particularly described
as follows, to wit:
That portion of the Southwest quarter of the
Northwest quarter of Section 8, Township 4
South, lunge 10 west, in the Rancho San Juan
Cajon de Santa Ana, as per map recorded in
Book 51, page 10, Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning at the centerline intersection of
Crescent Avenue with the southerly prolongation
of the westerly line of that certain 0.990 acre
?parcel of land shown on a map of survey recorded
in Book 90, page 4, Record of Surveys, in the
office of the County Recorder of said Orange
County; thence N 0° 16' 50" W, 45 feet along
said prolongation and a portion of said west-
erly line to an intersection with a line
parallel with and 45 feet northerly of the
centerline of said Crescent Avenue; thence S
890 43' 30" E, 339.00 feet along said parallel
line to the beginning of a tangent curve concave
northwesterly and having a radius of 25 feet;
thence .Easterly, Northeasterly and Northerly
along said curve through a central angle of 900
33' 20" an arc distance of 39.51 feet to an
intersection with a line parallel with and 32
feet westerly of the centerline of Valley Street;
thence N 0° 16' 50" N, 186.58 feet to an inter-
section with the southerly right of way line of
the Orange County Flood Control District's
parcel; thence N 710 20' 05" E, 33.72 feet along
said southerly line to an intersection with the
centerline of Valley Street; thence S 00 16'
50" E, 267.45 feet to the point of beginning.

and as further shown on that certain map, attached hereto as
Exhibit "A" and incorporated by reference herein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and
she is hereby authorized and directed to record a certified
copy of this resolution in the Office of the County Recorder
of the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
