A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DI-
RECTOR TO AGREE TO ZUIEIuD THE STORM DRAIN
CONSTRUCTION SEQUE14CE.
WJI-I'EREAS, the Ci -L -.v of Anaheim has, by agreement dated
December 9, 1975, agreed to install certain storm drain improve-
ments; and
WHEREAS, Section 200 of said agreement sets forth the
sequence of construction of said storm drains; and
WHEREAS, said Section 200 further permits the Anaheim
-Redevelopment Agency and City of Anaheim to mutually agree to
amend the sequence; and
WHEREAS, it is convenient to authorize the Public Works
Director to agree to amend the sequence on behalf of the City of
Anaheim..
NOG', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Public Works
Director is hereby authorized to agree on behalf of the City of
Anaheim to the amendment of the sequence of construction of said
storm drains.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
