A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A PIPE LINE LICENSE AGREE-
MENT WITH THE ATCHISON, TOPEKA AND SANTA FE
RAILWAY COMPANY. (42 -INCH STORM DRAIN)
WHEREAS, The Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway
Company has tendered to the City of Anaheim a Pipe Line License
Agreement dated August 10, 1976, granting to the City the right
to construct and maintain a forty-two (42) inch storm drain
under tracks and right of way of Railroad near Esperanza,
California; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in
the best interest of the City of Anaheim to approve said License
Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Pipe Line License Agreement tendered
to the City of Anaheim by The Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Com-
pany granting to the City the right to construct and maintain a
rorty -two (42) inch storm drain under tracks and right of way of
Railroad near Esperan-za, California be, and the same is hereby,
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute sai(' �;kgreement
hereinabove mentioned for and on behalf of the Cityof2Anaheim.
