RESOLUTION NO. 76R- 655
A RESOLUTION, OF THE CITY COU14CIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH MARSHALL AND STEVENS,
INC., IN CONNECTION WITH INSTALLATION OF A
FIXED ASSET SYSTEM AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECT-
ING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK: TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of services in
connection with installation of a fixed asset system and installa-
tion of a computer software system to perpetuate said fixed asset
system; and
WHEREAS, Marshall and Stevens, Inc., is well qualified
in fixed asset accounting systems and possesses experience in the
implementation of such systems; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby Marshall
and Stevens, Inc., will provide said services to the City of
Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement are
acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said agree-
ment on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
