A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH DAN L. ROWLAND AND ASSO-
CIATES, INCORPORATED, I I. CONNECTION WITH
ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR
THE MODJESKA PARK CO%1MUNI^lY RECREATION BUILD-
ING AND AUTHORIZING THE 1AYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEIHENT ON BEHALF OF THE
CITY OF Ai3A±IEIM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to obtain archi-
tectural and engineering services for the Modjeska Park Community
Recreation Building; and
WHEREAS, Dan L. Rowland and Associates, Incorporated,
(Architect) is qualified to render such architectural services to
City, including any general administration and/or observation of
construction work, if any, and desires to be employed for such
purposes; and
WHEREAS, City desires to secure the services of Archi-
tect in the preparation of plans and specifications for said
•Iodjeska Park Community Recreation Building; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepares? whereby Archi-
tect will provide said services to the City; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement
are acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim. -
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Citi .Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions -of an a- gmement
with Dan L. Rowland and Associates, Incorporated, in connection
with architectural and engineering services for the Ebdjeska Park
Community Recreation Building be, and they are herpby; approved..-
