RESOLUTION NO. 73R-47

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF DISTRICT
AGREEMENT NO. 2824 WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, the State of California has submitted to the
City, District Agreement No. 2824 in connection with a proposed
modification project at the intersection of Santa Ana Freeway
with La Palma and Brookhurst, 07-0ra-S 40.7, upon the terms and
conditions therein set forth; and
WHEREAS, said agreement has been reviewed by all City
departments involved and has been found to be satisfactory in
all respects; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best
interests of the City of Anaheim to enter into said District
Agreement No. 2824 with the State of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signe~ by me
