A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM PERMITTING EL MODENA
HIGH SCHOOL TO UTILIZE THE ANAHEIM HILLS
GOLF COURSE.
WHEREAS, El Modena High School has requested
permission to utilize the An~eim Hills Golf Course for its
qolf team practice and match play; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of cooperating
with the Athletic Department of El MOdena High School t9
assist in the Physical Education Program; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find it is in the
best interest of the City of Anaheim that the El Modena Golf
Team should be permitted to play the Anaheim Hills Golf Course
on certain days and at certain times.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that El Modena Hi9h School be, ~nd,it is
hereby permitted to have Student Team Play for a Pee of $200
for a maximum of twelve (12) players, three times per week,
starting at 2:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, commencing
February 1 and ending May 31 of the year 1973.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that at the end of this school
~ear this Resolution shall automatically terminate without
further action by the City Council.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signeci by me
this 30th day of January, 1973.
